The importance of expanding people-to-people exchanges among the three countries has been reaffirmed by the leaders throughout the past decade. The three countries have set the specific goal of 30 million people-to-people exchanges by 2020 by promoting the attractiveness of the three countries, supporting exchanges among the youth, and encouraging further development of relevant programs.
