Purpose
|
Chinese Character is the common cultural asset shared by China, Japan and the ROK. At the same time, it is a significant communication tool for the people in the three countries to facilitate smooth communication and understand each other in depth. Northeast Asia Trilateral Forum (NATF) composed of the three countries’ opinion leaders released the chart of 808 Commonly Used Chinese Characters in China, Japan and the ROK. The photo collection of Chinese Characters is designed to generate the attention and interest in the chart of the 808 Commonly Used Chinese Characters through sharing special memory of Chinese characters related to China, Japan and the ROK. |

Requirements |
At most 3 photos for each applicant - Please contribute photos of Chinese characters or words from the chart of 808 commonly used Chinese characters with the specific explanation of your special memory or stories. *Notes: a. Overview of 808 Commonly-used
Chinese Characters in China, Japan and the ROK (li b. Chinese characters need to be
related to China, Japan and the ROK or trilateral cooperation personally or
officially. c. Any Chinese characters from the chart which inscribed on your memory or stories are available. In case of the word, at least one of the Chinese Characters in the word must be included in the chart. |
