Mechanisms 11th Trilateral Culture Content Industry Forum in Tianjin, China

11th Trilateral Culture Content Industry Forum was held in Tianjin, China from October 19 to 21, 2018.TCS delegation headed by Deputy Secretary-General YAMAMOTO Yasushi attended the forum as an observer.
Aiming to establish mechanism of cultural industry cooperation, deepen pragmatic cooperation and promote regional stability and regional prosperity, the forum was jointly hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of South Korea.
At the trilateral meeting, the three parties discussed policy measures to facilitate trilateral culture content exchange and cooperation. The three parities signed the Joint Declaration of the 11th Trilateral Culture Content Industry Forum which stipulates 1) the promotion of international co-production. 2) establishment of the “Our IPOOL” plan, which focused on collecting high-quality IP content at home and abroad and constructing an official platform for project incubation and copyright trading endorsed by the government.3) signing of “CJK Collaborative Partnership on Cultural Industries.”
The forum was held alongside events such as theme forums, Our IPOOL Road Show of three countries as well as multiple sessions of business negotiations.
The next Forum will be held in ROK, 2019.
