Others 5th CJK Joint Interview Program 2018.11.06 ~ 2018.11.16
The Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) co-organized the 5th CJK Journalist Joint Interview Program together with the Global Times of China from November 6 to 16, 2018. TCS’ DOS Director NAGAFUCHI Kenji attended the opening ceremony and delivered welcome speech. 

This year’s program focused on “Trilateral FTA”. During the program, delegation consisting of 6 journalists from representative media of China, Japan, and the ROK visited institutions including the Ministry of Commerce, the Academy of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Alipay in Beijing ; JETRO, KOTRA, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Qingdao sub-council, Cross-border E-commerce and Qingdao Port in Qingdao; Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kao, Japan Railway Technical Service Association, Keio University, Keidanren and Japan Tourism Agency in Tokyo, Japan, The Government Complex Sejong, Ministry of International Trade and Industry, KIEP and KT in ROK. 

The program is aiming to strengthen understanding of CJK journalists on the development of trilateral cooperation in sustainable development and its prospects and to establish friendly media environment as well as increase press coverage of issues related to trilateral cooperation. 

On the last day of the trip, Deputy Secretary-General YAMAMOTO Yasushi hosted the closing ceremony was held at TCS and discussed how to improve media cooperation with the journalists.
