The 4th KCJ Youth Culture Arts Camp was held from September 20 to 23, 2019 in Jeju, ROK. The program is hosted by the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and Jeju International Training Center. The theme for this year was “Earth Story”, using photographs, music, art and dance as a medium of exchange. University students from the three 2016 Culture Cities of East Asia: Jeju (ROK), Ningbo (China), Nara (Japan), and Cheongju (ROK), Yamanashi (Japan), and Saga (Japan) participated in the program to continue fostering close ties with one another. Despite the language barriers, the students formed friendship by spending time together and learning one another’s languages. 


Along with CHO Sang bum, Director-General, Culture, Sports & International Affairs Bureau, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, Ambassador SUL Kyung Hoon, Director of Jeju International Training Center, Consul-General of China FENG Chuntai, and Consul-General of Japan KITA Ritsuo, NAGAFUCHI Kenji, Director of Socio-Cultural Affairs, Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat was invited to deliver a congratulatory remarks.
