On 10th June 2019, TCS Secretary-General LEE Jong-heon and Deputy Secretary-General HAN Mei visited China TV Artists Association (CTAA) and met with the CTAA Deputy Secretary-General Mr. GAO Jian to discuss future cooperation in the area of TV artists exchange among China, Japan and the ROK.
TCS Secretary-General LEE Jong-heon spoke highly of the achievement of the CJK Producer & Director Forum, which has been consecutively organized more than 18 years among the three countries by turns. SG LEE highlighted that TV art and programs play a significant role in shaping the images and impressions among the people of the three countries. In this regard, SG LEE explained that TCS will try to provide necessary support to the CJK Producer & Director Forum to promote trilateral people-to-people exchange. CTAA Deputy Secretary-General GAO Jian warmly welcomed TCS’ participation and support regarding the Forum. DSG GAO noted that CTAA will try its best to work with Korean and Japanese counterparts to continue the Forum and contribute to strengthening the recognition of the Forum to a higher level.
