Others Secretary-General YANG Houlan visited the Chairman of Pohang City Council

The Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) delegation headed by Secretary-General YANG Houlan visited the Pohang City Council on July 4, 2017 and met Mr. MOON Myoung-ho, Chairman of Pohang City Council. Mr. MOON introduced the industry of Pohang City and its cooperative efforts with China and Japan. Secretary-General YANG stressed that in time of political hardships faced by the central governments, exchanges and cooperation among local governments are becoming ever so important and will contribute to the peace and co-prosperity of the Northeast Asian region.
