Others Secretary-General YANG Houlan visited the Mayor of Pohang City

The Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) delegation headed by Secretary-General YANG Houlan visited the city of Pohang on July 4, 2017. Secretary-General YANG met Mayor LEE Kang-deok of Pohang City and exchanged views on the prospect of trilateral cooperation. Secretary-General YANG underlined the significance of trilateral cooperation especially among local governments to build trust and deepen mutual understanding among the three countries. Mayor LEE agreed that exchange among local governments is crucial in advancing trilateral cooperation and emphasized the need for continuous support from central governments to vitalize exchanges and further develop cooperation among local governments.
