Upon the invitation of the Economy and Trade Office (ETO) of Shandong Province in ROK, Secretary-General YANG Houlan of Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) visited the Office located in Bundang-gu, Seongnam City, on March 18, 2015. SG YANG had a meeting with Chief Delegate of ETO, LIU Weibing, and exchanged views on strengthening the roles of local governments for trilateral economic cooperation.
