TC Activities 13th Trilateral Children’s Story Exchange in Beijing-2016.08.21-23

Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) participated in the 13th Trilateral Children’s Story Exchange in Beijing. It is the first time for TCS to attend this event as an observer.
This year’s event, under the theme of “seed”, is organized by China National Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth, aiming to increase cultural understanding among children. About 100 children from China, japan and Korea, 22 alumni and another 12 teachers participated in this event.
During the events, TCS gave a presentation about 808 Commonly Used Chinese Character Booklets and delivered the booklets for the participants.
During the one week program, the participants together made their own storybooks, presented the storybook by group, practiced calligraphy of commonly used Chinese characters, had Tai Chi lesson, jump rope game, and visited the Great Wall of China.
