Mr. YOO Jin-ryong, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of ROK, Mr. SHIMOMURA Hakubun, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan and Mr. CAI Wu, Minister of Culture of China attended the meeting and signed "Gwangju Communique"
