Deputy Secretary-General Rui Matsukawa visited Beijing, China December 3-5, 2012. The purpose of this visit was to report the progress of the TCS in 2012 and to discuss the future direction of the trilateral cooperation and activities of the TCS in the coming year. During the visit, DSG Rui Matsukawa met with officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, as well as scholars and media people.
