Others TCS Delegation Paid a Courtesy Visit to Japanese Government Agencies 2014-03-09 ~ 2014-03-11

The TCS delegation, headed by the Secretary-General Mr. Iwatani Shigeo visited Tokyo, Japan, to pay courtesy visits to a variety of ministries and agencies including Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Transport/Agriculture, Agency for Cultural Affairs/Tourism and Korean/Chinese Embassies in Tokyo. During the visits, Secretary-General Iwatani introduced the new leadership of the TCS and briefed on the ongoing projects and activities initiated by the TCS. He also expressed his hope that the TCS can play more active roles in facilitating cooperation between the three governments and asked for their continuous supports for the TCS. 


Following the courtesy visits, Secretary-General Iwatani and two Deputy Secretary-General Mr. Chen Feng and Mr. Lee Jong-heon attended the press conference organized by Japan National Press Club and spoke on the importance of strengthening trilateral cooperation. Approximately 70 journalists gathered at the conference and showed their interests in the current trilateral relations and the cooperative efforts being put forward by the TCS.
