Others TCS Board Members Paid A Courtesy Visit to MAFF

On December 15, 2015, TCS board members visited the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) of Japan and exchanged views on the trilateral cooperation with Mr. MATSUSHIMA Hiromichi, Vice-Minister for International Affairs.
Touching upon the fact that the three countries affirmed the importance of trilateral cooperation on agriculture which was endorsed at the 6th Trilateral Summit by the three leaders, Secretary-General YANG Houlan stated that TCS stands ready to provide any support for further promoting trilateral agricultural cooperation.
Vice-Minister MATSUSHIMA introduced the outcome of the 2nd TAMM (Trilateral Agricultural Ministers’ Meeting) and showed Japan’s willingness to cooperate with TCS. Vice-Minister MATSUSHIMA also shared his expectation on TCS’ role to promote the trilateral cooperation in the agricultural field.
