TCS Secretary-General Mr. IWATANI Shigeo attended the launching ceremony of Future Forest’s 13th Green Corps held in Seoul City Hall on March 15, 2014.
The Green Corps is a group of young volunteers organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and Future Forest to save the earth through various environmental activities. The 13th Green Corps is to visit China for one week later in March for tree-planting and Korea-China youth exchange programs.
Mr. Iwatani delivered congratulatory remarks during the launching ceremony, speaking highly of the young volunteers’ contribution to environmental protection and the promotion of youth friendship in Northeast Asia.
