On August 7, the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) and Institute for Global Strategy and Cooperation (IGSC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the TCS Conference Hall. TCS Secretary-General OU Boqian and IGSC Director HWANG Jaeho were present to formalize their commitment to enhance cooperation in various fields. The agreement aims to strengthen academic and people-to-people exchanges through mutually supporting joint initiatives, establishing regular communication, and facilitating the exchange of expertise for CJK-related research projects and seminars.
