Seminar & Forum 4th China-Japan-Korea Industries Expo, Weifang China 2018-09-14
TCS delegation headed by DSG HAN Mei attended the 4th China-Japan-Korea Industries Expo held in Weifang, China from 13th September to 15th September 2018. 

DSG HAN delivered congratulatory remarks at the opening ceremonies of the Expo and the Trade Cooperation Forum & Business Leader’s Summit. DSG HAN emphasized the importance of trade and business exchange to promote the collaboration among China, Japan and ROK and further introduced the working areas and flagship programs of the TCS. She also endorsed TCS’s continuous support towards trilateral economic and trade cooperation.


DSG HAN was also invited by Mr. LIU Xiaojiang, Vice President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), Shangdong Chapter, to meet and discuss the future cooperation direction between the two organizations. They both agreed on the significance of addressing common issues among the three countries with solutions proposed by the business world under the new "3+X" development modality. DSG HAN reaffirmed the importance of cooperation with CCPIT and the TCS’s commitment of providing necessary support to its partner.


At the occasion of the CJK Business Association Roundtable Conference, PS QIAO Wen delivered a speech, in which she endorsed the Conference’s contribution to the trade and business cooperation among the three countries. She also introduced the major activities of the TCS, and based on TCS mandate, she suggested to fully utilise current platforms, enhance the role of the business world, and integrate different industries for the promotion of cooperation with local governments and among the three countries. 


Following the speech, PS QIAO joined the unveiling ceremony for the establishment of the Liaison Office of the CJK Business Associations and Local Level Cooperations.


The TCS actively collaborates with business associations and local governments in the three countries for contribution to and engagement in trade and business exchange activities on the local level.
