Others TCS Delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China 2018-02-07
On February 7, 2018, the 4th Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) Board paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of China in Beijing and met with Mr. WU Jianghao, Director-General of the Department of Asian Affairs. Both sides exchanged views on the trilateral cooperation and the role of TCS in promoting the trilateral cooperation.

Director-General WU Jianghao welcomed the delegation, stressed the significance of the trilateral cooperation and spoke highly of the TCS’ role in it. He encouraged the TCS to continue facilitating and supporting the trilateral cooperation mechanisms, as well as promoting public understanding of the trilateral cooperation, in order to keep the momentum of the trilateral cooperation. He also suggested the TCS to enhance its communication with all walks of life in the three countries and other regional and international organizations such as ASEAN. TCS Secretary-General LEE Jong-heon appreciated the precious support from the Chinese government and the Ministry. He reaffirmed the TCS’ commitment to facilitating and supporting the trilateral cooperation.
